The Model 2701-B is a lightweight non-nuclear device for measuring the uniformity of asphalt pavement. The measurements are practically instantaneous when the device is placed on the asphalt surface.  

The following features make the PaveTracker™ Plus ideal for your asphalt paving projects:
• Rapid measurement - results displayed in 2 seconds or less
• Lightweight
• No moisture or temperature corrections are needed
• Telescoping handle reduces bending for gauge operations
• Transport case has a built-in Test Plate to use as a reference for instrument traceability to the factory standard
• Advanced software offers three test modes: Continuous, Averaging and Segregation
• Stores up to 999 measurement data records
• Automatic calculation of average density, % max density and % air voids
• Metric or imperial measurements
• 32-hour battery runtime (typical) when fully charged
• Fast recharge (1.5 hours typical to full charge)
• 30-key keypad and 4-line by 20-character LCD screen, both backlit
